Information you send
The contact form asks for your name, email address, optional company name and message. We use those details to respond and discuss the work you are considering. Please leave out passwords, bank details, payroll records and confidential accounting files that are not needed for the first inquiry.
If sending fails, your message remains in the form so you can copy it. The website does not save drafts in a database or browser storage. Copy the message before leaving the page.
Service providers and correspondence
Website hosting, message-delivery and mailbox providers process information needed to operate the site and handle correspondence. Hosting systems may process an IP address, browser details and request logs for operation and security.
Form messages are delivered to our inquiry mailbox with your contact details included for a reply. Delivery and mailbox providers may retain copies. We keep correspondence for the inquiry, related work and applicable recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell personal information or use inquiry details for targeted advertising.
Cookies and your choices
The site has no visitor analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts, artwork, scripts and illustrative videos are served with the website. It does not embed external maps, social feeds or video players. Decorative effects do not send visitor analytics.
You can ask about information you have sent, request a correction or ask for deletion using the contact details below. Applicable law and records we must retain affect how we handle a request. We may need to verify that it comes from the person concerned.
Website content and accounting work
The website describes management accounting, month-end close and controller support. Its notes are general information and use simplified illustrative amounts. They do not establish the correct accounting treatment for a particular business.
An inquiry does not create an engagement. Scope, responsibilities, fees and handling of accounting records are agreed separately. Management reports are prepared for agreed internal use. The offer does not include audit or other assurance work, tax filings, legal opinions, investment advice or custody of client funds.
Illustrations and stock footage do not document a client engagement, its results or Working Quarter staff. Original website material and third-party assets remain subject to their respective ownership and licenses. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
